I have a 89' Jeep Cherokee, when i come to a complete stop it shuts the engine off auotmatically at normal idleling

could it be the Torque converter locked? i know our big trucks do it when we leave the TC locked up

Could be a multitude of things.....
Does it idle for a moment , then die, or just flat out die when you come to a stop....

It runs fine and everthing just stalls at normal idle.

tps, idle control valve & coil module are common problems on renix jeeps, any one of these could cause your stalling problem. Chilton, Haynes & the fsm all detail how to check these parts or if you have a donor rig just start trying parts;

Automatic.
I've changed the TPS/IAC are fairly brand new and cleaned the throttle body. I cant think of anything else that would cause this....
