Its a Mclaren F1 with a vette body kit and badged as a ferrari to make it a "sleeper" and to confuse his opponent. If he pushes the yellow button on the steering wheel, it turns into an offroad vehicle.

actually one of the kids around my area actually purchased a rubi figuring it a good deal for all the extras, only to figure it just had a few stickers, phew lol we let him have it for bein so dumb. (of course this started a whole law suit thing that ended in his being reimbursed but i just thought it was funny as hell)

anyway, its probably just some guy who wanted to try and
A. get a few laughs around town, or
B. try and actually fool people into thinking it is a ferrari cause it has stickers

Its obviously a prototype for a GM/Ferrari collaboration those in "the Know" will recognize it as the FC6 Corvenzoettearossa, Ferrari provided the decals, and Gm everything else. Except the steering wheel. That came from Batman.
