Am I the only one who has done something so dumb and embarrasing that I cant even think about it without cringing at how stupid it was?
I did something about 18 years ago that I have never admitted to anyone and I will take it to my grave. It upsets me think about it. It would keep me from running for president because I would be affraid of it being dredged up then the whole world would know, it makes me feel bad for politians whos past comes back to haunt them. It was actually a life changing event for me because to this day, it shapes my opinions and how I conduct myself.
I cant be the only one with a skeleton.

I think the best thing is that you KNOW it was wrong/bad/whatever, and that if you had it to do all over again, you'd probably do it differently.

Pretty much everyone has skeletons in their closet, things they did that they'll regret forever. The key is to learn from it, and not repeat the same behavior. The fact that you regret the action(s) says that you've grown up and recognize right from wrong. I've tried to live by a simple rule that my Dad passed on to me years ago: "If you find yourself about to do something and are worried about getting caught, just walk away from the act. That's your conscience talking sense to you, listen to it."

we've all done some stupid sh*t!! I know I've done more than my far share, and yea there are more than a couple of things that I will NEVER tell anyone that I did when I was younger, but I don't wish to change what I did. It helps shape you to who you are today.
If you hadn't done that horrible thing that was life changing who knows where you would be today and what kinda person you would be. That one single act though very bad in your eyes, may have stopped you from becoming something even worse.
Take that secret to your grave no one needs to know about it. If someday you get that feeling you need to tell someone find some total stranger and tell them. Don't tell people you know or people your action may have effected, you may or may not feel better, but it may change someone elses life and not necessarily for the better.

I will say it has nothing to do with my anatomy or anyone elses. It was a serious absents of judgement that caused me to get booted from a good job. Fortunitely (for reference purposes) I can still claim to have never been fired from a job because my superiors werent allowed to discuss what happened with anyone. It was one of those things that after I got fired, I just went back home and beat my head against the wall for about 15 minutes and Ive avoided seeing anyone that knew of what happened, forever, fortunitely thats just a handful of people.
