OK so i have been looking at reinforcing the steering box on my xj and so far i have seen two different ones styles I'm trying to figure out if one will work better (be stronger) than the other here are the two i have found

this one from Rusty's

this is the other from quadratec
http://www.quadratec.com/products/76000_850.htm

the one from Rusty's is cheaper but i want to get the best one not just the cheaper one any advice would be appreciated

Ive been thinking about something like the Rustys one, although I have heard bad fitment issues with it.
I bet the MORE one is better, although I have no idea.

I've got the Rusty's brace - seems fine to me. I might consider adding the JKS reinforcement later for more strength at the frame.

I just made my own C-rok knockoff a couple weeks ago. I made a new inner plate that spaces out the box further from the frame rail (durango P.S. box swap). And the outer plate includes the front bumper bracket and the track bar bracket. It took me a weekend to make and about $20-$30 in materials. I also have the MORE brace that I wil be putting back on.

Stay away from the Rusty's. I bought one and it does not fit right. Also due to my bumper I have I can't us it anyways. It's brand new and I'm trying to sell it HAHA. If you dont believe me look at gator4x4.com under 4x4 parts for sale. Just my two cents.
