Rear Door Window Question

Anyone have any tips for installing the power window into one of the rear doors of a late model xj? I'm replacing motor regulator and window and have already taken the old parts out, just wondering if there were any tricks to getting everything back in.

sorry to hijack but has any one put a auto window in the hatch? would be nice for venting. or make it pop out.
