Get longer shackles, they will be more beneficial.
 
Yup relocation brackets would probably do the trick.

Adam said he used a fork lift and gained 4" of droop with stock shackles.
 
Shackles + brackets
Ubolt Eliminators will result in increased pinion wrap (at least, the math and theory would suggest this. I've no first-hand experience) and wear the piss out of your springs every time you got onto the skinny pedal.

I know there has been very long debates about this on here, so I am not even going to go into that.

I probably will go will the 1/2" UBE's with the relocation boxes, this way the UBE kit will relocate my stock shocks and I will be able to keep them and then the only thing that will be dragging over rocks will be my center section.
