So I went in with the lady, combined our insurances for the Jeep and the Corolla.

My record is officially clean other than riding without an M1 endorsement. My license suspension has finally dropped off my 3 year record as of May, and I have higher coverage than I did before.

I decided to go with Mercury, full coverage on both cars, 500 deductible, 25k/50k and uninsured motorist. The bitchin part is I'm covered offroad, so if I roll the Jeep I get moneys. :D Not to mention, my rate was 150/mo before, with just me, my jeep, and the saturn on minimum coverage but full comp and collision on the jeep. Now it's 204/mo with two of us, two cars, full coverage.

Also, decided to break out the coin jar today before I move in with the GF. Ended up with $190 in Quarters and $79 in loose change. So NAXJA, What should I buy? :rtm:

I'm thinking perhaps unibody stiffeners? That or a truss, but I think the unibody is more important than a bone stock D30.

Beer for all of the members! Oh wait, you only have $169, that will only buy half the gang a beer.....LOL

Seriously, buy yourself something cool - tattoo, clothes, or Jeep parts you want/need.

Congrats on the clean record, better coverage, and the GF thing!

Did you count the change?

Or take it to a coin star machine?

I have one of those holiday cans you get popcorn in, maybe a three gallon size, full of coins.

Might need to cash it in in order to pay for gas for the Moab event in October!

Haha, nice try buddy! Actually I have $269 though, and I've always said I'd spend the coins I saved on something fun, because it's money I never notice missing. And thanks on the compliments :D

Well, the coinstar machine takes 8.9% if you get a cash voucher, which is what I did. So I counted out all my quarters, and just rolled them myself, and took the loose change to the coinstar. They can have my 6 bucks to save me the hours it would take to roll pennies dimes and nickels.

Ohhhh, I didn't even think about that, but I'm buying your LS member? :D

I was really leaning towards frame stiffeners, but I'm still unsure right now. Could possibly go towards some glass fenders?

Dumped 1/2 in a 5 gallon buckets & used a hand truck then wheeled it over to the store. Looked like a hilbilly rolling into the supermarket with two 5 gallon buckets & a hand truck but was one happy mofo walking outa there with 900 clams in my pocket...

I decided to go with Mercury

Good choice. I've been with Mercury for many years now. I've had to file a couple of claims, including my Rubicon rollover. They handled both claims expeditiously.

Does anyone else see the hidden message here or is it just me?
Jim it's a good thing you cashed out the coin jar BEFORE moving in ...cause that's the last money you will get to call your own and get to spend it on something YOU want without having to explain why LOL. So choose wisely. I know this pole dancing place in Ensenada where you could have ALOT of fun with US$269!! But you better go BEFORE you move in with her cause all that type of fun ends when you make that move.
