Transmission electronic plugs and random hose

I'm almost done putting my jeep back together! I have a couple problems that I need to solve before I can get it running though. This is a 89 Jeep with the Renix wiring.

#1 I have three plugs on my transmission harness. Two go to sensors on the transmission, and I can't figure out where the last one goes. Any ideas? I can get pictures if needed.

#2 There is a black rubber hose coming off the transfer case. It looks like a air or fluid hose. I don't seem to have a place on my engine or tranny to connect it. Any ideas? once again, I can take a picture.

#2 is a breather hose for fluid expansion. Not sure what the answer to #1 is.

One of those connectors goes to the Throttle Position Sensor.

The hose is a breather....
