Just pulled 2 of these out of the Ontario Pick a Part. They are apparently pre 97 or whatever year doesn't have the plastic tanks like mine.
Take advantage of my mistake... I already did all the work.
If you really need pics, I can send them.

Id call dibs on one...but Yucipa is kind of far to drive for $40.00 hunk of metal. Probably cost me more in gas.
I guess I'll just keep my eye out for a closer one.

I thought you can make the pre-97 skid fit by redrilling the holes, no?

Yeah, it is far for a $40 skid, but I have to go pick up my bumper from Dan in Yucaipa anyway.

So far I have Maz and GauchoMD on the hook for the 2 I have. I plan on going back to Pick a Part and getting some other goodies. I will look for some more skids while I am there. You guys keep an eye out for a 97+ tank skid for me.

Both Sold!
I went to Pick a Part in San Bernardino and I only found 4 XJ's and they were picked clean. One of them, an 85 I think, had a stock rear bumper tire carrier. I started to get this and stopped because I didn't want another skid situation, and have it not fit my rig.
I found one hood vent off a lebaron. The dang thing only had one on the passenger side. So, I took a set off a Nissan 280z. We'll see how it looks!
I guess I will have to go back to Ontario.
