How to plumb an adjustable Prop Valve?

I am planning on a ford 8.8 swap in my 1996, There is a lot of misguiding info that I would like to clear up, which pertains to my question in the title,

+95 has the larger booster but a lot of people still say the pedal is mushy and gives a less then desired feel, so I stopped in for an interview at my local performance shop and took a look at their adjustable wilwood prop valves while I was waiting, lucky for me there were no instructions on the package I was examining so I could understand this more clearly.

If I run an adjustable prop valve, do I eliminate the factory one all together and running all new lines and placing the valve inside the cab? Kind of a pain in the ass but the adjustability would be nice.

Any specific write ups on here? I haven't dug up too much just yet
