Hi,
I would appreciate some advice. My 94' 4.0 auto will occasionally die while driving down the road. In the beginning it would quit and then restart itself almost instantly but lately it stays off longer and now I am having to pop the tranny into nuetral and crank it over to get it back running. I have an aftermarket tach off an inductive p/u on one of the plug wires and when it quits while coasting it shows no RPM's (spark) at all. So far, knock on wood, it hasn't died long enough to get any other trouble shooting info but I would like to try and find a fix before it leaves me stranded. Any ideas? Thanks.
