im gonna do a hackntap like this: http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoSYEconversion.htm
but my issue is finding a way to seal the xfer case with the RE housing and the differnet size oil seal. i can get the seal housing from RE but i am having trouble locating the grease seal he uses since its an austrailian manufacturer and they havent responded to my emails about possibly shipping one to me, has anyone done this swap and if so have where have you gotten that seal since the RE seal wont work, just the housing... does anyone have a napa part number or a autozone part number, or has anyone used another seal, since the flange is a different outer diameter than the RE kit so that seal wont work...thanks for any help

no 16657 has too small an ID. it will work with the RE hackntap, but not with this new yoke.even the guys at RE said that it wouldnt work, that i could user the housing but not the seal. when i stopped by there the other day to pick their brain about it. they said try to get a hold of the company in the writeup. they wont return my emails. does anyone know a napa part number that woudl work for this? otherwise im heading to napa to guess and check for a while

found a seal with the same spec's...on this website after a bunch of searching...http://www.etrailer.com/c-bearings.htm
its a trailer supplier here in the US, the grease seal sl150 has the same id and od as the austrailian dude states in his writeup, and they are only 1.79$ each. this is for any of you doing a hack ntap with a yoke istead of a flange
ID is 1.5, od is 2.33
