dont know what to do!

Ok i have recently put a 95 cherokee ho exhaust manifold on my 88 cherokee, it fits but exhaust wise what do i do the front drive shaft is in the way and i cant use my stock down pipe, is there anyway that i can fix this problem without taking the new manifold off, can i just use the flange off the downpipe and the mabey flex pipe the rest, NEED IDEAS PLEASE HELP!

Without pictures, it's hard to imagine the issue you ran across.

You can take it to a muffler shop and have them make a down pipe. I paid $100 for a muffler shop to make me a down pipe. I've heard of guys paying $60.
