I am going to moab this weekend with my girlfriend. I plan to just take down one fourwheeler(being pulled by the jeep). I dont plan to do any wheeling with the jeep but I am thinking of going on some jeep trails just to watch.
My question is what are some good trails I could take my fourwheeler on that I could watch some guys wheel some jeeps and stuff? Also where are they(I have not been there in years)?
My other question is does anyone know of a good place to camp. We plan on sleeping in my jeep; so it would have to be easy enough to get my small trailer into with my jeep. I also would like to not be by a bunch of other people.
This is just going to be a relaxing vaca so we both can calm down from work. So if you have anything please let me know, and directions would be fantastic.
Thanks guys
Chadwick

Poison Spider Mesa would be a great trail on an ATV.
The problem with a lot of the trails in that area is that they are actually harder on an ATV then they are in a Jeep. The steep hills and large ledges make it miserable on an ATV.

Some fairly easy, two-up ATV riding with great scenery would be the Wipeout HIll and Secret Spire, that take in views such as Tusher Tunnel, Dellenbaugh Tunnel, Secret Spire, Monitor and Merrimac, etc. Also in the same area is the Klondike Bluffs trail.\
You may have a few obstacles that require on person to walk up /down.
Take lots of water.

Horse Thief BLM camp ground is a nice camp ground. its 12 bucks a night. they have 60 camp sites. I stayed there just the other week. its as if your going to caynon lands national park, right before mineral bottom road. there are other camp sites but they are hard to get into this time of the year unless you are there reall early.
Dont know of any trails, but I did hear that people meet up around the walker Drug or close to there in the morning to go with each other.

cool cool thanks guys. Can anyone think of where I could camp on the way down. I might leave thursday night and I doubt I would make it all the way there. I am coming from the Bountiful area.

From Bountiful its only 4 hours give or take. What time are you leaving? I think I would just grab a couple Monster Drinks (assult flavor) along with a bag of Sourdough nibbler pretzels (they go wonderful with assult flavor Monster) and just cruise on down.

Screw the Monster. Rockstar has NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. The "Punched" flavor hardly tastes like a disgusting energy drink. It's the only tolerable energy beverage on the shelf, if you ask me.
Just drive it thru!

Didn't I ever tell you the time about me hiking alone in Horseshoe Canyon when I dislodged a rock which landed on my arm and pinned me there for five days, which in turn cause me to drink my own pee and cut my arm off to survive?
Or was that a book I read?
