ok, i turn the key, i the starter turns, but no starty!!! CEL and GEN lights are on, and the electrical fan starts spinning soon as the electricity comes on--any ideas??

Nuetral Saftey Switch any good????,I had the same problem.Mess with your shifter and hold key in on possition and if it starts like that then"time to get dirty"

NSS on an AX-15?

Have you looked at the CEL to see what codes it's throwing?

The CPS most likely, it controls the fire to the plugs, and all sorts of little things that have to be there to run. If the starter is turning you can rule out the tranny interlock.

fixed!! thank guys for the advice--it was frying a 30amp maxi fuse connected to the fuel pump relay..
advise for people who have switches on their fuel pumps: keep those wires away from seat sliding brackets!! i was asking for a short..
