wiper/wash switch wiring help!!!

so, my wiper/wash switch only works on a rare occasion, blinkers/high beams work fine, just the wiper/wash part of the switch dosnt, im planning on wiring up my own switches for it, but i need a wiring diagram of the switch wiring, anyone help?????

sorry, its a 1990, ripped out the delay box and lo/hi, wash all woprk, and the wipers go back to the off position as well, so ill say screw delay for awhile and run on/off, thanks to the old posts in the search, i found that damned box

you may just have a loose soldier joint.
