I think I got ripped off

My cousin picked up a alxe for me on the way back from college. I went to car-parts.com and found a d44 (spicer 44) for 265.00. When he got it to me house I looked and on the axle it is stapped 35C. what do u guys think?

Is the diff cover round? I so it probally is the dana 35. the 44 looks like this

Thats called BAIT AND SWITCH!! It's illegal as all hell....

Get your money back, or take the F:smsoap:R to court. (it helps to have a copy of the ad for proof of deception).

Call him up and just start bitching hard. If that doesn't work you go to court and get your money.
 
What does your receipt show?
 
well on the tag it tells a spicer 44 (hexagon cover),3.55 but I know now it isnt . They problem is they are 145 milles away. so my cousin is leaving tongiht back to college and he told me he will deal with them. I think I mite just go for the 8.8 conversion.
