It was from Hammer Down.
It was filmed out by Little Moab somewhere. Out west of Lehi Ut.

It is in an open access area. There isn't any rules about staying on any trail where those guys where.
You're point doesn't hold any water.

Tread Lightly is Tread Lightly. No other way to put it.

Yes but they're in an public area, I can go take a shit in the middle of there and no one could do anything, except call the cops which would then cause me to pull up my pants and take my "business" elsewhere.
So the moral of that is dont take shits in public places, people give funny looks.
Now that I have finished making no sense and contributing absolutely nothing to this thread I'll leave.
Carry on.

Cool...But it does take some fun out of it when you see them having trouble where a locked XJ on 35's would make it with ease?

Maybe I just feel violated, that the most redneck of all motorsports, has just entered our realm.
Bigfoot should stick to cars.

I still think monster trucks are gay... Not quite as gay as an H2, but close. Now where was that finese hiding? I didn't quite see it...

You guys crack me up. So they moved a rock or two around.
You ever thought about what Rocker Knocker in Moab looked like 20 years ago?
http://images1.snapfish.com/347985492%7Ffp345%3Enu%3D3243%3E%3B99%3E233%3EWSNR CG%3D32336%3B967287%3Cnu0mrj
I bet it didn't look like that.
So they moved a couple of rocks around..Maybe flattened a sage brush or two.
Ever see what a home development company does when they move in to a place?
The place those guys were at is a wasteland that has been given an open travel designation by the BLM.
That happened about 5 years ago I and I would be willing to bet my house that I could drop you off in that area and you couldn't find a single shred of evidence that they were there.
Am I saying that we shouldn't tread lightly? Hell NO! I am a total believer in what they are all about. I follow the practices of Tread Lightly and if I ever run into anyone tearing areas up that are fragile I will kick their ass as fast as the next guy.
I think this thread is so typical of the Internet world though...you guys hate monster trucks so you rag on them for tearing shit up but I bet the same bunch of you wouldn't say a word about Trophy trucks in the Baja 1000 doing the same thing because that is "cool"
I wonder how many JeepSpeed guys on this list have hauled ass over a sagebrush in their life time?
OT
August 26th, 2006, 12:18
You have a point to a point, Ryan, but you don't see us, Jeepspeed, or Baja throwing 1000lb. rocks down the side of hills.
Not to mention, that kid at the end of the video owns that redneck.
Looked like he was bragging about leaking that crap all over the place.
Wonder if the BLM approved that area as a hazardous waste dump, as well?
What're you gonna say when you have to wait in line on Rocker Knocker or White Knuckle, for one of those idiots to get their broken piece of sh*t off the trail?
How bout when they break off a 10'x20' slab from Rock Chucker?
Like I said, they need to just stick to cars.
