Quick Question about Front Driveshaft Removal

I've removed my front driveshaft to try and isolate a squeal I've been hearing from the frontend at highway speed. Will it cause any transfer case lubrication or vibration issues to leave the driveshaft off for a few days of driving?
Thanks

By removing the front shaft it will not cause any adverse effects other than not being able to use 4wd. The front has a fixed yoke as opposed to the rear with a slip yoke so the front stays sealed up.
