I know this mite not be the spot to ask this question but I was wondering if anyone has done a 8.8 ford rear end swap on there XJ?

Yep, pretty common upgrade actually.
Feel free to use the search feature too. Lots of info out there just waiting to be had. You just have to find it.

You'll get a much better response in Mod Tech. I'll move the thread for you.
