I have a 94 XJ non disconect D30 3inch coils with 1 1/2 spacers. problem is vibrations comming from frt drive shaft. When removed to have rebuilt/balanced all vibrations were gone. re-installed new shaft and vibs came back same as before. I have played with cross member spacing 0-1inch drop no change.

I have aftermarket lower control arms but stock uppers. do i need longer uppers to point pinion up a bit to correct my probs??

Anybody have this problem before??

Yes, you need longer uppers, thats why quality 4.5" kits come with them.

No, it may not fix your problem. Rebuilding the stock shaft probably did not replace the splined section, which lifted that high is extened nearly all the way, and is probably pretty old and worn.

Try pinion angle first, but in my case, I had to have a new front driveshaft built. I went through 4-5 stock ones in 2 years before I broke down and did it.

Best $250 I've spent in the last couple years.
