another d44 question

would the d44 out of a 88 wagoneer work with the tnt truss?
drivers side drop. wide trac round 60 inches
 
i havent seen it. thanks, but it doesnt have any info on it. i'm just looking to cut off the leaf brackets and weld on the truss and install after getting wheels (6lug i think)
