LCA and lift question

I have a 89 Comanche i plan on springing over and running ZJ 4.5" coils on. the ZJ coils are 1" higher right? Well anyways i want to get the front end up enough to match the rear. can i just use adjustable control arms or do i have to use drop down brackets for this much lift? im not going to be doing any hardcore offroading in this truck. i just want to know if i can get away with a 5.5" lift in the front without having to go long arm or useing drop brackets for the LCA's.
