Normal operating temp for an AW4?

What is the ideal operating temperature for my '96 AW4 transmission?

My 96 ran 190*-205* before the extremely large tranny cooler that I put in was installed(30,000 gvw HAYDEN). It now runs 160*-180* in 95+ temps towing this;http://img485.imageshack.us/img485/360/jeepboatsideview2lr.jpg
