Newbie Question on leaf springs

Hopefully there is an easy way that I just dont know about for getting the bushings in the ends.

The springs are the HD ones from quadratec and the bushings from the same place. Any help would be great.

I used a 20-ton press.

You might be able to do it with a bench vise.

I have used two plates an long bolt, then tighten slowly... Did it on a sunday, no one was open.. You will need help to hold it while you tighten it.grease helped

I guess a 20 ton press would make it easy .. I think I am going to try and make some kind of jig with a bottle jack I will post some pictures if it goes wrong.
