I know that i am goint to get :twak: for this but this is what i have right now. Can someone show me a pic of how the track bar drop bracket is suppose to go? This is going onto my trail rig and need it for a trail ride in 2 weeks. If anybody could show me a pic of how it is to be installed that would be great.

thanks,
Ben

The open part faces down. With the open part down, the trac bar bolts into the 2 lowest holes. The factory flag bolt goes thru the top bolts...

do yourself a favor and install it in the trash can....you still have 2 weeks to source something better! :)

Yep like buying the correct trackbar............ some people are too cheap for their own good.

So now i am cheap? I never said that i wasn't going to get the correct track bar, its just not in the cards right now. Its only on a trail rig so i don't think it will hurt anything being on there for one trail ride till i get a new track bar. All i asked was a pic of how it was suppose to be installed.

Not too sure why you needed a bump for any of this since you question was answered with the open side being down. Research your kit or other kits with TB drops and they will show you all kinds of pic with step one two and three. And to answer you other question............... YES you are cheap. TB drop brackets are band-aids and in the long run cause more problems. The hole you drill to stablize it wollows out and causes movement, at the same time the single sheer joint gets pretty maxed out over its intended movement and joints fails rapidly. Factory TB was made for factory rigs. RE 1660 and HD bracket is your best bet.

and this is where google is yer friend. 2 seconds in images
