How do I fix this? can I replace just the stud or do i have to replace the whole mount? I am trying to sell the jeep but want to fix this before i sell.

You can either bolt these on or weld them(gotta cut the threads off).

do i just drill out the other one? or is it removable? where would i get that stud?

Either way you will have to clean up the stud area.Its a Dorman product sold under the "Help" line at most auto stores.
