No Start

Every once and awhile when i try and start my 00 it idles under 1000 and sometimes even dies. When i try and give it gas it boggs down or dies. Any suggestions?

dirty or stuck IAC or battery voltage is low.

Idle air controller. I doubt that though, the IAC's signal is ignored when you use the throttle. And since he says it bogs down.....

first thing id do is dissconnect the battery for a few min then try again. the resets the computer
