Damn it takes forever to reduce the data. I've got some saved tracks for runs here in California, just takes a lot of time cleaning up the GPS tracks, sorting through pictures and doing the writeup.
Alex I can only imagine how much time you've spent on what you've done already.

Let's just say it's been a long winter with no real trips since October. That project was my wheeling substitute!
Are you editing with Garmin Mapsource? I have gotten really good at using that program, let me know if you need any help using it. I started working on doing a "how-to" post on using Mapsource to edit and save tracks to a GPS unit... maybe I should finish it up. That project kind of snowballed into something bigger than what I thought it would be when I first came up with the idea.
Thanks for working on some writeups too!

Thanks again Alex! I'm finding these invaluable in my research for a trip next spring... maybe we can meet up.
