Spicer - "Red Service Grade" Parts?

Has anyone heard of this line parts? They seem to be too cheap to be true/good.

At Rockauto:
Upper/Lower Ball Joints - $9 ea
Tie Rod ends - $6 ea
Right tie Rod - $24
Track bar - $27
Cont. arm Bushings $2-4
etc.

Is it me or do these prices seem a bit low?

If the price it too good to be true It probably is. Could be spicer is trying a cheaper asian supplier. I always base my parts choices on how hard it is to replace the cheap part vs a quality part like a fuel pump, major PIA on a 97+ so I would go dealer OEM on that, ball joints, major PIA so I would tend to go quality over price.
