What is AzRockfest?

Hey guys, im new here and interested in going to this event but what is it?
Is there specifics...what time you'll start-end? I prolly wont be able to go until Sat morning so how do i find yall?

Just north of Florence. Look for the flag pole before the 60 jct.

The AZRockFest 2008 is an AZ Chapter, NAXJA sponsored event for members of NAXJA to meet and greet and run trails. The official start of the event is Thu morning and official end is Sun afternoon/night.

There will be organized runs each day on various trails and a pot-luck, raffle, get-together on Sat night. There is no sign up sheet or fee- just show up, meet other XJ wheelers and HAVE FUN.

From Tucson, find a path to Florence and then go north on 79 to Cottonwood Canyon Rd (flagpole) then E until you find the camp (3-4 mi?)

John’s directions are correct. Drive 3.4 miles east of hwy 79 on cottonwood canyon rd and camp is on the north side of the road.

Florence, az is about 1 ½ hours from tucson. Copy and paste these coords in google maps, (link below). Then use the find directions and it will give you exact info on locating us.
