I was interested in putting on TJ Flares On the front and back instead of Buying the Expensive Bushwackers because i could trim it and at more time room. But the only problem is that it dont want it to look goofy has anyone done this yet and if so do u have pics i would love to see one before i cut my XJ up thanks!

If it hasn't been hacked too badly (again) www.xjdb.com (http://www.xjdb.com) has tons of pictures that may prove to be of some value.

They have search feature as well. :D It will probably take some time to sift thru all the results (or figure out the correct search terms) but it may yeild the results you are looking for.

I think the REAR TJ flares on our front/back seems to be a good compromise in clearance and cost. I got 2 for $25, and 2 for $40. I've not been in a big hurry to do this, until I destroyed a tire yesterday, and now have 32's that are a little close. I'll be looking to do this in the next couple weeks. I expect good clearance both front and rear. I'm not sure of exactly how you protect the windsheild washer bottle, or does everyone just forget about it after trimming?? Anyway, They are going on my truck, and I think it looks pretty good with the Rear flares on front and back.
