TPS Adjustment. Why is it not working?

So I was doing some research to no avail on how to adjust the TPS this site

i get 4.82 volts and 1 1.5 volts on the return. I tried to adjust it, but it does not change. I even tried to move it manualy to get a reading, Nothing.

So I go buy a new one same thing 4.82 now 4volts and the return is still 1.3 volts

Is this right take reading from neg D and Pos A the Take reading from Neg D and Pos B
Second reading should be within 83% of First reading Neg D and Pos A :dunno:

Help it's just not that hard

Just want to get and solid answer

Sounds like you do not have the TPS lever on the proper side of the throttle linkage lever!!!!!!!
