I am not 100% but I thought the 89 had a 21 spline input and the 93 has a 23.

oohh, sorry, i thought they were the same. :o

so i will know if someone else asks, what year was the spline change?






my XJ is a 2000, so i'm not well versed in the details of the older ones.

90 and older had the 21 spline and 91 and newer have the 23 spline
