Alarm problem Alarm info needed

if the alarm is armed will the vehicle start? if not where all do i have to un hook it for it to start. i have fuel and spark but no start Im gonna get some noid lights to see it the injectors are fireing but i dont think they are and i think its related to this alarm.

What year??? Is this a factory alarm or after market. I had a factory alarm on my 91 limited. If the alarm went off it would start for a second or two then shut off. To turn the factory alarm off put the key in the pass side door and turn key back and forth three to four times.
