I drove a 2000 xj today and it felt like a racecar compared to mine. It felt like it had 50 more hp than my 96. just a commentt

stock tires on both rigs? if you have bigger tires and haven't regeared, that would be it. maybe your engine is tired and that one wasn't. any number of reasons..

You need a big old rocking chair for your tired old 96. My '90 will rock you all day long and won't get tired.

try driving an 89(renix) for a few years and then getting behind the wheel of a 95 HO....mo' power!!!

I love my HO...a lot neater under the hood.
BTW my '91 had 240k when I parked it. Drove fine and everything, just decided to get another one lol.
