LCA length chart?

I searched for a post on appropriate lengths of of LCA's but had no success. Im looking for legnths for my XJ with 4.5 inches of lift and it wouldn't hurt to know legnths for 6+ as well. Overall length or additional legnth over OEM would be helpful.

I think mine are at 16.5 for 6.5 inched of lift but soon going to long arms
