Factory XJ dana 44 for sale

I have a factory dana 44 that I bought in hopes to put on my jeep when I lifted it. Simply put, thats not gonna happen anytime soon, first i need a reliable work car with decent mpg. Anyway, it has 3.54 gears and came out of a boneyard jeep with 74k on it. I took the cover off and it looks ok. The outside is pretty rusty ( I live in eastern Pa) but i started cleaning that up. I have pics of when i first got it as well. All the brake parts are with it, though it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a small parts kit, or just convert it to discs, thats what i was hoping to do. The pinion seal leaks so that will need a replacing as well.

I'm not going to list this for 500 or 650 (hahaha!!!) like I saw when i checked google

I saw on here that 350 is a fair/good price, so i'll tag this one at $300

It is cleaned up good but im not going to paint it, im not trying to hide anything here.

I will help deliver with 50-100 miles if need be.

any offers, its in my garage now but takes up a good bit of space and if i put it outside it will rust and there goes my cleaning job lol. have pics of before it was cleaned if anyone needs them.

Im looking to sell it for a fair price, thats all. Im not here to make profit, I spent a good amount at the boneyard and half a saturday unbolting it (darn rusted bolts)

I'd be willing to trade for lift parts, plus cash if necessary. I would like to lift my XJ but money is tight but i can throw out some towards a lift or tires

So, open to trades on lifts, 3-6", or tires up to 33" plus csash if necessary

Anything ever come of this? I assume it's a rear axle since you were talking about converting to disc brakes? What did you pull it from?
