D300 Swap Q's

I wanna put a twin stick D300 in my XJ in place of the NP231, how hard of a swap is this? It's a 90 w/a 4.0& AX-15.

you will need a clocking ring (3/4" thick I think) and a flip kit (or make your own flip kit). I have a dana 300 in the garage that will be going in this winter, behind a doubler, as for the difficulty, I will let you know when I get it done.
