Front Driveshaft

So whenever I put it in 4WD my car starts to make a rumbling noise and it feels like it shakes a little. I took the front driveshaft out to take a look at it.

Everything looked okay. Except when I moved the CV joint it felt like it was sticking a little. Almost like there was a hump it had to get over.

I just had this driveshaft made for me a couple months ago when I got the new lift put on. Anybody have any ideas what the problem is or how to fix it?

how/what is the pinion angle on the front axle?

specs on the lift?

lift is RE 5.5 with drop brackets. 33's. Have SYE for the rear and t-case drop. Don't know what the angle is but its not bad.

what year?

does it make the rumble noise when driving without the front shaft?

do you have fixed control arms?

what do you mean by the angle is not bad? are you just eyeballing the caster and pinion angle?
