4.56.
With 4.10's, you will have more top end, but it will still downshift a lot on the highway, and due to working harder get worse gase mileage than 4.56's.
I ran 4.56 and 32's on my 87 and did better than 20 mpg.

4.56 is good for 32's/33's..

i would also put in 4.56's because if you ever run 35's you will be able to do so comfortable where if you went 4.10's it would be much less comfortable.

since he has a 2000, i assume it has the chryco 8.25 and 4.56 is as deep as you can go..
