So remember how i told you guys i bought my 85 xj for 60 bucks and a 12pack? well... I ended up giving him a hundred cause I felt bad. Anyways finally got my jeep home.
Here's the scenario:
It sat for 3-4 months, ran fine before, had to give it alot of gas to get it started, ran rough and idled real low. I would have to shift it to neautral put my left foot on the brake and keep it running with right. When I drove it, it seemed to shift okay but once in a while it would start to shudder.
I'm thinking that the gas is probably not good, and I probably have to clean out my carb.
What do you guys think let me know.
