i'm wondering how the speed at wich fluid flow affects it's abillity to be cooled. take for example an engine and radiator does the speed at wich the fluid flows thru the system make a difference.
please send links to good reading on this subject. or other personal experience

Any heat transfer text would be a good source of info, you should be able to find some at your local library.
