need dana 30 help quick

I am trying to be ready for Megarun this weekend and I still dont have my gears installed up front! I have the rearend done and am driving in 2WD. I have all the parts to do the gear change, but I just dont have the knowlege or experience. I also do not have a backlash dial.
I will be at Mike G's house today and tomorrow. If anyone can help please.

OR....... If your going to be at Megarun and if it is possible to do the gear change there?

You have a 14 bolt in the rear; you don't need a front axle.
