yeah i cut the back off, but left the roof alittle longer so people in the back seat had their head still inside. here are a few pics

looks good!
thanks , its getting there. im trying to do all the little crap that needed to be done. i have only run it once off road , so i will see how well the mods work in a few weeks. still need to fix my winch (broke the clip for the wire ) and get it mounted , along with the bumpers . i also want to put some front doors on ( it looks like its going to be a muddy spring around here) which means i have to weld some new door hinges on.
today i need to get the alternator mod finished , get the new belt on . then comes the exhaust . i cut it off before the cat so i could get a decent weld on the inside of the tnt skids.

i got the new belt for the alternator move and loosely hooked up the new cherry bomb exhaust. i was going to reuse the old cat , but it had different plans and decided to fall apart when i tried to cut off the old tube. so i rigged the exhaust up just so i could see if the alt was charging.

yesterday i started to relocate the gas tank,
after a little bit of cutting and grinding and banging , i got it in with a little bit of wiggle room . i was able to reuse the factory straps and cut the filler hose location and bend it to fit the new tank location. i added 1 inch square stock to keep the tank up between the frame rails. i need to cut the hole for all the hoses and wires. add a skid plate from frame rail to frame rail.
