Leaf spring flip question...

I'm thinking about doing a leaf spring flip to gain some wheel base on my 99. However, I'm wondering if keeping the factory gas tank is at all possible with this mod? I'll be lifted about 4.5"

What are you going to do about trimming your fenders to clear? Comp cut? Move the whole wheel tub backwards?

Trimming is no issue. The only issue is the gas tank, as I'm not willing to sacrafice my cargo room for a fuel cell.

It won't fit, I was running 4.5" coils, 2" shackle lift and 1' block on my D60 and barely had clearance. I cut a hole in the floor and mounted the tank half in my cab, you can build a shelf over and no sacrifice much cargo room.
