Injector Cleaner

Anyone have a favourite fuel injector cleaner? Rather should I say does the 4.0 have a favourite injector cleaner? I have bottle of Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant with Injector Cleaners staring at me. Anyone use this? My XJ is a 1998 w/ 150,000km (94k miles).

tons of guys on this sight use sea foam. I have yet to, but judging from some of thier testimonies I would say it's a viable product.

i use Berryman B-12 injector cleaner, seems like it works pretty good for me.
