Ditto on the parts list. I think my jeep is too noisy to tell if they'd be noisy on it.

long 1/2 inch bold : cut head off and double nut it to the axle, drill hole for pin.
4 1/2 heim's, mine happend to be fine thread.
i'll check the peice of tubing for the dimensions but a 1/2 bolt fits snugly inside.
4 1/2 bolts, same pitch as heim's: cut heads off and weld them into the tubing.
top consists of a peice of 1x2 tubing scrap. cut off one of the 1" sides and cut into a shape suitable for the top of your link.
drill 1/2 inch hole in both sides and a 3/8 hole in the top. (can use bigger bolt...i probably should have)
weld a 3/8 (optional) into the matching hole on the 1x2 (creating a stud)
3/8's needs to be long enough to get through the sway bar and still have enough room for washers and a nut.
and of course whatever 1/2 bolt you need for the upper heim through the 1x2.
powder coating is optional of course. but i chose blue.
took about 45 min to powder coat them with eastwood's hot coat system.
(including prep)
i think i have about 1.5 hours in them total.
i will be cutting them down (or making new ones) as they are slightly too long for a 5.5 inch lift.
and jam nuts for the heim's are also on the to do list.
any other questions please post up.

no they're not noisy as far as i can tell.
i would like to take up some of the side to side slop with an old shock bushing or something though.
(too long of a pin bolt)
i'm also going to be welding a long stud to the jeep so i can just swing the link up and pin it instead of rigging up a bungee and zip ties.

I remember you telling me you had picked up the parts to do this when you tuned my antenna for me. Those look great. A lot homemade disco's tend to look cobbled together, but those look very professional. Nice job.

i dont really know what they go for.
i think i have 50$ and some labor in this set.
if enough people express interest i might pick up some parts and make a few sets.
