242 Tcase adjust???

I have a 242 in an 89 and is wondering if there is a good site that will explain the adjustment of the linkage? The owners man. doesnt really cover it.

Put in in 4L. In that position the lever should be off the AFT end by approx 1/8".
The same at the 2H position. If you don't have it, jack up all fours, adjust the link.
