8.25 vent tube????

does a stock 99 8.25 rear have a vent tube. I was under my jeep the other day and for whatever reason I wasnt able to find a vent tube. is it supposed to have one maybe I am just deaf dumb and blind in 1 eye and cant see out of the other.

look on the top of the brake divider box on the axle. Should be right there.
